I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge that I am renting equipment from Jump n' Splash and agree to the following terms and conditions. 

I acknowledge that using Jump n' Splash equipment rentals involves certain risks, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, and other hazards. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of Jump n' Splash rentals.

In consideration of being permitted to rent and use Jump n' Splash rentals, I hereby release, waive, and discharge the company, its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained by me and all individuals using Jump n' Splash rentals.

Jump n' Splash Rental Liability Waiver

I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge that I am renting equipment from the company and agree to the following terms and conditions. I understand that I am fully responsible for the equipment during the rental period.

I acknowledge that using rental equipment involves certain risks, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, and other hazards. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of the rented equipment.

In consideration of being permitted to rent and use the equipment, I hereby release, waive, and discharge the company, its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained by me.
